Ponderkin / privacy

Your private space, explained.

A clear, quiet account of what stays with your Ponderkin space, what does not happen with it, and the limits of the AI inside.

The short version

Reflection should leave room for you.

Ponderkin is built for a private, self-guided rhythm—not for tracking you around the internet.

01 / What we collect

Only what helps make this your place.

When you use the private parts of Ponderkin, these are the kinds of information that may be saved with your account.

  • Your account email

We use it to create and support your Ponderkin account.

  • Saved reflection entries

A saved entry includes the prompt, the words you saved, its timestamp, and any generated reply shown with that entry.

  • Daily check-ins

Daily check-ins are saved to your private account so you can return to them.

  • Signed-in practice completions

When you are signed in, we save the exercise and completion time so practice for this moment can avoid repeating your three most recent exercises.

  • The minimum for an AI reply

The reply flow uses only the minimum operational information needed to provide an AI reply.

02 / What we do not do

No audience to build.

Ponderkin does not use third-party analytics or ad tracking, and we do not sell user data.

That promise is about product analytics and advertising. A hosted service may still process limited operational or security signals needed to keep the app available and safe.

03 / Keeping and deleting

Keep what helps. Let go of what does not.

Account-linked content is kept while your account remains open, so you can return to it when you need it. You can delete individual saved reflections from your private shelf whenever you choose.

Signed-in practice completions include the exercise slug and completion time. They help Ponderkin avoid repeating your most recent practices, are included in your data download, and are removed when you end your account. If you use the public tools while signed out, completion marks stay only on that device and are not linked to an account.

Account deletion clears all Ponderkin user data. To end your account in the app, open your Settings. If you cannot sign in or would rather ask for help, email ponderkin@polsia.app.

If you are unsure what you want to keep, there is no need to decide all at once. Start with the individual reflection controls on your private shelf.

04 / AI boundaries

Support has edges here.

Ponderkin is not therapy, does not diagnose, and does not handle crises or emergencies. It is a self-guided tool for everyday mental fitness, not a substitute for qualified professional care.
